قصتنا
انطلقت أعمالنا في عام 1979 في قطاع التجارة، ليمتد لقطاعات الصناعة ، المقاولات ، التطوير والاستثمار العقاري والقطاعات الخدمية وصولاً لتأسيس مجموعة سالم بالحمر القابضة عام 2013م، كشركة عائلية رائدة تضم تحت مظلتها أكثر من 20 شركة تعمل في قطاعات استراتيجية متنوعة التواصل مسيرة النمو والاستدامة.
منذ نشأتها ، استندت المجموعة إلى رؤية واضحة ترتكز على العملاء وتكوين شراكات استراتيجية متينة على الصعيدين المحلي والدولي، لتقديم قيمة استثنائية تلبي تطلعات عملائها وطموحاتهم من خلال الابتكار والتميز المؤسسي.
تمتد العمليات التشغيلية للمجموعة لتشمل دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي والشرق الأوسط وأوروبا. وندار بكفاءة من مقرها الرئيسي في الدمام المنطقة الشرقية للملكة العربية السعودية، بالإضافة إلى مكاتبها الإقليمية في الرياض، مملكة البحرين وجمهورية مصر العربية.

Salem Balhamer Trading was established, initiating a diversified business journey. It laid the bedrock for what would emerge after that in more fields.
The Salem Balhamer Plastic Factory, commonly called BPF, gave the company an entry into manufacturing and thus solidified its industrial sector presence. It marked the first major step in a diversification strategy.
It established Salem Balhamer General Contracting Co. to diversify the business into construction sector that meet both local and international quality standards services. This expansion helped meet the increased demand for infrastructure and maintenance services.
Salem Balhamer Real Estate has announced its strong entry into real estate development and management, capitalising on the growing demand for residential and commercial spaces in the region.
AIRZONE Company was established to extend the company’s expertise in HVAC Solutions & specialised maintenance contracting services.
Akaduniya Serviced Apartments started its operations in the hospitality industry.
Fabco Plastic Factory was acquired. The purchase added more weight to Salem Balhamer’s already established industrial sector. The strategic acquisition allowed for the expansion of the product line in plastic manufacturing, cost leadership, growth and sustainability. This acquisition had a great impact on the customer as we believe in customer centric approach and customer value triad.
Akaduniya for Maintenance Operations was established Thereby extending the company’s expertise into specialized maintenance services. This further addressed the growing demand for integrated facility management solutions.
Salem Balhamer Holding Group, commonly referred to as SBH, was finally formed by bringing together all diversified ventures of the company under one umbrella. This indeed proved to be a major landmark that ushered in a new phase of integrated growth, sustainability and strategic expansion, We always strive to grow as we believe in our responsibilities towards social development and participation in the prosperity of the national economy.
The Fabco Thermal Insulation Materials Factory was established to strengthen the company’s production arm by expanding into thermal insulation solutions. This venture marked a step toward diversification into new product lines tailored for industrial use.
