As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance the urban landscape and strengthen community partnerships, the Eastern Province Municipality signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Omnaa Association for Development, represented by Chairman Mr. Salem Balhamer, and Hassan Al-Nimr & Partner Company. The agreement aims to establish a main gateway for the Dammam Market that reflects the market’s approved visual identity and draws its design inspiration from the unique character of Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Coast. The memorandum focuses on the design and implementation of a gateway that reflects the urban and cultural character of the region, contributing to the enhancement of the overall cityscape and highlighting the area’s heritage and local identity. The Eastern Province Municipality emphasized that signing this agreement is part of a series of development initiatives aimed at improving the quality of life in the region’s cities through the integrated efforts of the government, private, and non-profit sectors, in line with the objectives of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 for comprehensive and sustainable urban development.
