When manufacturing, trade, contracting, and services come together under one umbrella, participation in a specialized exhibition turns into more than just attendance; it becomes an opportunity to showcase an integrated business system capable of keeping pace with market needs, from industrial products to solutions and services. This was reflected in the participation of the companies of the Salem Balhamer Holding Group (SBH) in the industrial and commercial sector in the Big 5 Construct 2026 exhibition inside Hall 3 in Booth No. 1D71 in the presence of Mr. Ahmed Salem, CEO of the group.
The event of this major exhibition came at a time when the Saudi construction sector is witnessing significant expansion, driven by development, infrastructure, and real estate projects consistent with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
The exhibition took place at the Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center from August 30 to September 2, 2026, featuring over 1,000 participating companies and attracting more than 35,000 visitors from various markets across more than 50 countries. It also included over 10 international pavilions and 40 local and international speakers, such as Dr. Ali Saeed Al-Qarni, Associate Professor of Structural Engineering at King Saud University; Dr. Fahd Saud Al-Lahim, Assistant Professor at King Saud University and Chairman of the Technical Committee for the Residential Building Code at the Saudi Building Code Center; and Kevin Beaver FCIOB, Executive Director of Expo Riyadh 2030 at Bechtel.
Mr. Fawaz Al-Shoura, Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, also visited the exhibition, highlighting the importance of these events and their role in strengthening communication between the industrial sector and national projects.
From Factories To Solutions: The power of integration
The importance of the participation of the Salem Balhamer Holding Group Companies comes from the fact that it represents a system that includes more than 20 companies operating in various sectors, including industry, trade, and other sectors such as contracting, real estate, training, health care, and services.
In the industrial sector, the group’s capabilities extend to plastic pipes and connections, thermal insulators, plastic containers, and metal forming and galvanizing through specialized companies and factories such as Fabco Plastic Factory, Salem Balhamer Plastic Factory , Salem Balhamer Plastic Factory for Packaging, Fabco Pro Factory for Thermal Insulation, and AL-JUBAIL HIT Factory Steel Fabrication & Galvanizing.
In the commercial sector, Enma & Injaz Sanitary Ware Company offers many, many products and brands of sanitary ware in proportion to your project budget, and Salem Balhamer Trading Company also supports the distribution system, while the contracting and services sectors add other capabilities extending to infrastructure projects, construction, and specialized services.
This active participation also reflects health and safety, which is one of the important topics in this year’s exhibition, 2026, through the participation of Hit Saudi Company L.T.D. for Pest and Insect Control (one of the companies of Salem Balhamar Holding Group).
