The Human Resources Management Department at Salem Balhamer Holding Group, in cooperation with Icon Training, organized a workshop titled “The Importance of Training and Development for Group Companies.” The event was held under the patronage of the Group’s CEO, Mr. Ahmed Salem Balhamer, emphasizing the critical role of training and development in the success of any company.
The workshop aimed to identify skill gaps and assess the training needs of the team, ensuring that employees possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
