
Salem Balhamer Holding Group has signed five strategic community agreements with several charitable and endowment organizations to achieve the group’s sustainability and social responsibility goals under the initiative titled “Sustainable Impact.”
The first initiative, “Fina Khair” (There Is Good in Us) and the “Tadafur” (Synergy) Project, is in partnership with Albir Society in the Eastern Region, the community partner for the initiative. The agreement was signed by Mr. Ahmed Salem Balhamer, CEO of Salem Balhamer Holding Group, and Dr. Youssef Omar Al-Rashed, Secretary-General of Albir Society. This initiative aims to donate used furniture and appliances to the beneficiary families of Albir Society. The Tadāfur Project, on the other hand, seeks to support the association by providing a number of qualified national talents to empower young Saudis, thereby contributing to the association’s noble mission and goals.
The second initiative, “Litadum Al-Neem” (To Sustain the Blessings), is in collaboration with Eta’am Society, the community partner for this initiative. The agreement was signed by Mr. Badr Bakhshwain, General Manager of Factories at Salem Balhamer Holding Group, and Mr. Nasser Al-Hajri, Director of Communications and Media Relations at Eta’am Society. This initiative focuses on donating plastic containers manufactured by Salem Balhamer Plastic Industries Ltd., one of the group’s factories, for food preservation, thereby promoting food security and ensuring sustainable impact.
The third initiative, “Sustainable Technology,” is in partnership with Ertiqaa Association, the community partner for this initiative. The agreement was signed by Dr. Abdullah Mohammed Al-Baz, General Manager of Customer Service and Administrative Support at Salem Balhamer Holding Group, and Mr. Ali Abdullah Batarfi, Corporate Communication Manager at Ertiqaa Association. This initiative aims to donate electronic devices from the group and its subsidiaries, preserving technological resources through refurbishment and recycling, with the usable devices benefiting the underprivileged families supported by Ertiqaa Association.
The fourth initiative, “Wa’ed” (Promise), is in collaboration with Benaa Society for Orphan Care, the community partner for this initiative. The agreement was signed by Ms. Amani Salem Balhamer, Head of Public Relations and Administrative Affairs at Salem Balhamer Holding Group, and Mr. Abdullah Rashed Al-Khaldi, General Manager of Benaa Society. The initiative aims to empower orphans through Ikon Training, one of the group’s companies, which will organize a series of training sessions in essential fields such as English language, computer skills, and personal development to enhance both academic and professional capabilities for the orphans.
The fifth initiative, ” Diwaniya Balhamer,” is in partnership with Shabab Mujtama’i Endowment Company, the community partner for this initiative. The agreement was signed by Mr. Ahmed Salem Balhamer, CEO of Salem Balhamer Holding Group, and Mr. Majid bin Ibrahim Al-Dubaikal, CEO of Shabab Mujtama’i. This initiative focuses on youth empowerment by launching a series of meetings with prominent business leaders, both men and women, under the title ” Diwaniya Balhamer.”
