Cooperative training program implementation policy

  1. The trainee must pass a training opportunity test in the required specializations to differentiate between trainees when applying for the training opportunity
  2. The trainee receives on-boarding program to the group, its activities, and the existing service departments of the holding by the Human Resources Department.
  3. It is necessary to introduce the trainee from the first day of his joining to the manager of the department in which he is training, the work team and the trainers according to the training plan.
  4. The necessity of cooperating with the Human Resources Department to write and approve unified plans according to specializations in departments and divisions.
  5. It is necessary to have a clause in the training plan for the trainee to train with the manager of the department concerned with training.
  6. Provide the trainee with a copy of the training plan from the first day and share it with the director of the department in which he is training and those concerned with training according to the plan.
  7. The Human Resources Department will follow up with the department manager and those concerned with training according to the plan regarding the extent of commitment to implementing the approved training plan on a weekly basis.
  8.  The trainee and the trainer must sign the training plan on the training topics that the trainee is training on periodically
  9. The Human Resources Department will follow up with the department manager and those concerned with training according to the plan regarding compliance with the attendance sheet of the trainees on a weekly basis.
  10.  It is necessary to provide a designated place for the trainee within the administration of the department in which he is training
  11.  It is necessary to provide a special email address for trainees to use for each department according to specializations (finance, projects, human resources, occupational safety and health, procurement, etc.)
  12.  It is necessary for the trainee to take the theoretical aspect of explaining work procedures and requirements, as well as apply it practically.
